Cancellations
On rare occasions, Dog-Gone Stylin' Mobile Grooming Salon may need to cancel appointments due to weather, road conditions, equipment failure, etc. Every effort will be made to contact you in advance, and to reschedule as soon as possible.

However, if you cannot keep your appointment, we ask that you please call us at least 24 hours in advance so that we have a chance to fill the vacancy. Failure to call in advance or failure to have your pet available for the grooming services at the scheduled time (e.g. cannot retrieve the cat from under the bed, etc.) may result in a cancellation charge. The cancellation charge (at least $25) must be paid prior to your next appointment.

Returned Check Policy
All grooming fees must be paid at the time services are rendered. Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be subject to a $25 returned check fee and all apointments after which must be paid in cash only.

Payment is due at time of service.

We will do everything we can to give your dog the most enjoyable grooming experience possible. If your pet is severely matted and can not be dematted safely, we will shave him or her to ease any discomfort and avoid any injuries. If your pet becomes too aggressive or stressed, we will stop grooming immediately and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

These policies are in effect to make sure your pet has the most enjoyable and stress free
grooming experience possible. We would never do anything to a pet that we wouldn't want someone to do to our own pets. We treat and take care of every pet as if they were our own.

We enjoy the different personalities of our pets. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to overly aggressive pets at our discretion.
